The N.Y. Cadre home page -- under construction

is an unassuming, semi-detached, stucco-faced
("You can even get stucco. Oh, how you can get stucko!"—Groucho)
frame house on a fairly quiet street in Brooklyn
[longitude 73.938° W, latitude 40.629° N]
where reside MARC S. GLASSER, DONNA L. CAMP,
and their son
ETHAN GLASSER-CAMP,
as well as the feline HEIFER (a/k/a MooFace).
You may contact any of them telephonically at

Clicking a name or picture above will take you to that individual's home page.
Sorry, Heifer has so far declined to create one.]

Donna has been out of hospitals and rehab centers for
months now
and is walking and climbing stairs unaided.
We anticipate no further joint surgery (knock calcium).
She's now dealing with the aftermath of having six upper front teeth replaced
by two crowns and a four-tooth bridge
(with implants contemplated a bit further along),
with a root canal or two thrown in for good measure.
The fun never ends!
Ethan has been in Cameroon, Africa, with the Peace Corps since June 2010;
He's currently in the town of Batié,
where he's been teaching computer literacy (in French, mind you!)
to junior high and high school kids for a couple of trimesters.
His parents are incredibly proud and almost as incredibly worried.
He was back here for a visit in late July;
present expectations are that his hitch with the Corps will end in August 2012,
following which he may engage in some more international travel on his own.
Want more details? He's now blogging
about his experiences.
His 2007 project
was shelved for lack of positive feedback,
but may still be downloaded and played with. Perhaps some day the world will yet be ready...
His résumé also remains available.
Marc found himself at liberty earlier this year
when his lengthy freelance assignment as a proofreader/copyeditor
at a mighty metropolitan advertising agency came to an end.
He's recently begun to find work of the same kind, in dribs and drabs,
but is still looking for more work in the same or a similar field.
Full-time and permanent would be preferred, but he's willing to discuss other options.
Are you a potential employer?
Here's his résumé.
The final paper collation of APA-NYU was held on April Fools' Day 2004.
The first monthly "collation" of the apa's new electronic incarnation was issued on 5 May 2004.
Ninety more have followed it so far.
If you missed them, e-mail Marc and ask about getting copies,
and then visit <http://nyusfs.org/mailman/listinfo/apa-nyu> to join the e-list.
